Royal Enfield Classic 350 ➕ Baxic Meta‑Plastic 35L Panniers
When this rider came to us, she was relying on soft bags and facing two big headaches:

It took 2.5 hours of trial, error, and plenty of adjusting before we found the sweet spot: panniers positioned neatly on the exhaust side, high enough to dodge the heat, while still leaving ample space for the passenger.
